We use Fedex/UPS/USPS for all packages.

We do our best to stay on top of any delivery issues, please contact us ASAP if you've noticed something is not right.
We do not ship perishables so no need to worry about things spoiling. If you are not home, the delivery driver will leave it at your door (signature will not be needed).
Nope! We simply charge your credit card on the 1st of the month for the products that you will receive the following month. There is no membership fee, you pay only for the items that we ship.
We bill on the 1st of the month prior to the delivery month. For example, October's shipment will be charged on September 1st.
The standard Condiment Club is full of unique and hard to find items that are a mystery until they arrive to your door (part of the adventure!). We do our best to accommodate any serious dietary restrictions whenever possible in order to ensure that you have the best possible experience.
